Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
- No pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital content platforms. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we'll make it right.
Content & Use
- All content on Ever Sausage Fest is for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share paid content with non-members.
- Screenshots or screen recordings shared publicly are not permitted without explicit consent.
- Ever Sausage Fest content is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Community Standards
The Fest is a community. We reserve the right to revoke membership from any user who violates community standards — including harassment, hate speech, spam, or any conduct that harms other members or the integrity of the platform. No refund will be issued for removal due to violations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
