Digital Content & Memberships
All membership fees and digital content purchases are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content that is made available immediately upon payment. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Physical Merch Returns
Physical merch items (tees, hoodies, hats, mugs) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at ever@eversausagefest.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — no questions asked. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
